Enrolment Process

Step 1:

ID (Photo ID and Citizenship ID)
Green Medicare card
Driver's licence ( both sides)

If applying for a Diploma - please supply a copy of your CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and your Statement of Attainment)

Disability evidence (if declared)

Step 2:

Schedule a supervised LLN

(Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment)

You will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule your supervised LLN assessment.

Step 3:

Apprenticeships Australia notified

If completing as a traineeship:
Once your enrolment paperwork has been confirmed. Apprenticeships Australia will attend the workplace to sign up the employer and employee.

This may take 4-6 weeks.

Step 4:

Training day selection

Select your preferred training schedule.

Step 5:

Enrolment paperwork finalised

Paperwork emailed to student to read, sign, and return.

Step 6:

Enrolment finalised

Once recieved, copy of signed paperwork sent to student for their records.
